Welcome to the Refund & Cancellation Policy of Kaara Hotels India Private Limited.

At Kaara Hotels, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and luxury booking experience. This policy defines the guidelines, timelines, and terms for cancellations, refunds, modifications, and credit notes.

1. General Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all direct bookings, online reservations made via our website, and bookings done directly with our properties.

Reservation Standard: All guests are requested to review these terms carefully. By making a reservation with Kaara Hotels, you agree to be bound by the conditions stated herein.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests are allowed to cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

  • If a booking is cancelled before 72 hours, the guest will be eligible for a Credit Note or future booking adjustment.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, no refund, credit note, or adjustment will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Credit Note / Future Booking

  • For eligible cancellations (before 72 hours), Kaara Hotels will issue a Credit Note instead of a monetary refund.
  • The Credit Note:
    • Can be used for future bookings with Kaara Hotels.
    • Is non-transferable.
    • Is subject to availability at the time of redemption.

3.2 No Monetary Refund

  • Kaara Hotels does not provide monetary refunds under normal circumstances.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed strictly in the form of a Credit Note or booking adjustment.

4. No Show / Early Check-out

In case of the following events:

  • No Show (guest does not arrive)
  • Early Check-out
Important Notice: No refund, credit note, or adjustment will be applicable in either of these circumstances.

5. Modification Policy

Booking modifications (such as date changes) are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Applicable rate differences

Any increase in tariff resulting from the modification must be paid by the guest.

6. Cancellation by Hotel

In rare situations where the hotel is unable to honor a booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A Credit Note or alternate arrangement will be provided.

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of management.

8. Dispute & Decision

All refund-related decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Kaara Hotels India Private Limited and will be final and binding.
