Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute banquets and events
- Manage event setup, logistics, and teardown operations
- Liaise with kitchen, F&B, and housekeeping for event requirements
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Handle post-event feedback and maintain client relationships
Requirements & Experience
- 2-5 years of banquet or event management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evening events
