We are looking for a warm, professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure every arrival is seamless and every departure leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel services
Requirements & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a hotel front office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software (Opera preferred)
- Professional grooming and pleasant demeanor
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
