Hotel Manager

Role Overview

The Hotel Manager will oversee the entire operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, revenue growth, staff management, and profitability. Since the property has a limited room inventory, the role requires active involvement in daily operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, service, and kitchen departments
• Revenue and expense management to drive profitability
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback/complaints proactively
• Team leadership, recruitment, and staff training
• Vendor management and budget management
• Compliance and statutory adherence
• Sales and local marketing initiatives

Requirements & Experience

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• 8–12 years of experience with at least 3 years as Hotel Manager or Operations Manager
• Prior experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or hill destinations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
