Role Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise room cleaning, allocate daily duties, inspect rooms, manage linen control, and handle guest complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise room cleaning operations
• Allocate daily duties to attendants and associates
• Room inspection for cleanliness and maintenance
• Linen control, laundry coordination, and inventory management
• Guest complaint and request handling

Requirements & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a boutique resort environment
