Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including screening and scheduling interviews
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and recognition programs
- Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave management
Requirements & Experience
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
