Role Overview

Support Kaara's people-first culture by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative functions across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including screening and scheduling interviews
  • Manage new hire onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave management

Requirements & Experience

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
