IT Support Engineer

Role Overview

Provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across Kaara properties, ensuring seamless operations of hotel systems, networks, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot hotel PMS, POS, and network systems
• Provide first-line IT support to staff across properties
• Maintain server infrastructure and backup systems
• Support POS, CCTV, and access control systems
• Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory

Requirements & Experience

• 2-5 years of IT support experience, hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and databases
• Experience with hotel PMS (Opera) and POS systems
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Good problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
