Role Overview

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property assets through effective security management, surveillance, and emergency response coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and manage shift schedules
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security patrols
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures
• Conduct safety drills and train staff on security protocols
• Investigate security incidents and file detailed reports

Requirements & Experience

• 3-5 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality
• Knowledge of security systems and surveillance technology
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ex-military or police background preferred
• First aid and fire safety certification
