Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security personnel and manage shift schedules
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security patrols
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures
- Conduct safety drills and train staff on security protocols
- Investigate security incidents and file detailed reports
Requirements & Experience
- 3-5 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of security systems and surveillance technology
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ex-military or police background preferred
- First aid and fire safety certification
